FILL YOUR HEART

As we progress through life, we all have our share of hurt. Failed relationships, lost friends, and painful rejections are the lot of all humanity. These can condition us to close our hearts to experiencing life fully to shield ourselves from pain. However, when we do this, we close our hearts to living and fill ourselves with a false narrative about our experience. This story is a delusion.

Our daily practice helps us widen our window of tolerance so we can face what is coming up for us openly and without judgment. When we experience this way, our relationship with pain and suffering transforms, and we can come back to living openly. Empty your mind of grasping and prejudice and fill your heart with compassion. Compassion for all - starting with yourself.
