SEE THE CONTEXT
Sometimes we get so fixated on our point of view that we see everything through the lens of our conceptual understanding. There's an old saying that "if you only have a hammer, then everything looks like a nail".
But there is so much more - infinitely more - present and available to us if we see the context. To do this, we just have to pause, breathe, and be open to everything coming up without judgment. We have to be willing to not know.
If we approach life this way, we find that our problems contain the solutions, too. The answers are not out there somewhere; they are available within. We can apply them with our actions in this present moment. We can embody them in our practice right now.
