Join us for complimentary meditation sessions every Saturday morning, designed to introduce you to the profound practice of Zen meditation in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Training begins at 8:30A - followed by morning meditation at 9A. Program ends at 10A.

Meditation Instruction: Led by experienced instructors, our sessions offer gentle guidance in Zen meditation techniques, suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
