Appreciate Your Life: A Four-Week Study on Meditation, Mindfulness, and Somatic Wisdom for Women

Join us for an enriching four-week series where we delve into the fundamentals of meditation, mindfulness, and somatic wisdom. This course is designed to help women cultivate a deeper sense of presence, inner peace, and resilience through integrated practices that connect mind and body. Each session includes guided meditations, practical mindfulness exercises, yoga practices, and group discussions.

Our next Appreciate Your Life journey begins Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024 at 7P.

There are four classes in the series - one pass includes all four classes.
